转录因子wrky和nac参与水稻生长发育及盐胁迫响应的研究进展

摘要:我国粮食作物的产量和品质,尤其是水稻(oryza sativa l.),显著受到土地盐渍化的不利影响。当前已鉴定的耐盐基因多为功能基因,而转录因子等调节类基因作用的研究对完善水稻耐盐机制及其生长发育调控网络也至关重要。本文重点对水稻中wrky和nac转录因子家族的结构域与分类、参与生长发育和盐胁迫响应的调控机制的研究成果加以综述,以期为水稻耐盐性的遗传改良提供理论参考与实践指导。

abstract:the yield and quality of food crops in china, particularly rice (oryza sativa l.), are significantly adversely affected by soil salinization. currently, most of the identified salt-tolerance genes are functional genes, yet the research on the roles of regulatory genes such as transcription factors is also crucial for improving the understanding of salt tolerance mechanisms and the regulatory networks governing growth and development in rice. this review focuses on summarizing the research findings concerning the domains and classifications of the wrky and nac transcription factor families in rice, as well as their regulatory mechanisms involved in growth and development and responses to salt stress. the aim is to provide theoretical references and practical guidance for the genetic improvement of salt tolerance in rice.
